Ted is a very smart, vibrant and energetic individual. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering and is currently studying towards a Masters Degree in Engineering Management. He has specialist skills in project management, process re-engineering, business processes workflow mapping and simulation.
He has experience from working with big organisations such as IBM, Delta EMD, SABMiller and Mine Tunnel Stabilizing Systems. From exposure in these multi-national organisations, he was able gain valuable technical skills such as implementation of maintenance strategies using RCM (Reliable Centred Maintenance). In addition, he knows a lot about process outputs using 6 sigma methodology.
Ted is well respected in the industries that he has worked in and comes with so much experience in the IDH stable.
Tshepo is a humble yet assertive leader in the disciplines he knows so well. He holds a Bachelors’ Civil Geotechnical Engineering Degree and a Bachelors’ Degree in Project Management. He has been involved in a variety of activities ranging from project planning operations, project management, civil engineering design, geotechnical and structural engineering, EPCM contracts and related feasibility studies.
He is a qualified Civil Engineering Practitioner. He is a Project Manager and also member of the South African Institute of Civil Engineering (SAICE). Tshepo is professionally registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He is responsible for lead engineering on projects, including planning and engineering management
